Regan Metteauer joined the Supreme Court of Texas as a Staff Attorney for the Judicial Commission on Mental Health in April 2019. Prior to that, she was a Program Attorney at the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center (TMCEC), where she began her legal career in 2012. Her programs included mental health summits and Sequential Intercept Model mappings. Regan received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Sam Houston State University (SHSU) and her juris doctor from Baylor Law School. She has also served as adjunct faculty at Texas State University in the Criminal Justice Department.
