HHSC previously authorized providers to deliver services via telephone or telehealth through May 31, 2020. HHSC is extending authorization through June 30, 2020, as set out in Broadcast Message No. 20.052.

  • COVID-19 Guidance to Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver Providers — Clinical Eligibility Extended: In accordance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, HHSC will extend YES Waiver eligibility for enrolled individuals whose eligibility would otherwise expire during the emergency period. Any clinical eligibility scheduled to expire from March 13, 2020, through June 30, 2020, will automatically be extended for 90 days through a system change in CMBHS. No action is required on the part of YES Waiver providers.
