Call for Session Proposals Now Open!

The Judicial Commission on Mental Health is accepting proposals to present at the 9th Annual Judicial Summit on Mental Health, November 5-6, 2026, at the Embassy Suites, San Marcos, Texas. The Summit will be in-person and virtual, but speakers will need to attend in-person.

Application Deadline: Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

The 9th Annual Judicial Summit on Mental Health will be held November 5-6, 2026, at the Embassy Suites in San Marcos, Texas. In-person capacity is limited. Those who are not able to attend the conference in person will have the opportunity to live-stream the event.

Attending the 2026 Judicial Summit on Mental Health provides an opportunity to engage with expert speakers and explore specialized presentations discussing Texas laws, systems, and innovations on mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorder. It offers a valuable platform for professionals from all sectors to collaborate, share insights, and develop solutions to better address challenges at the intersection of mental health and the legal system in Texas.
