Kiley Phillips, Communications Manager

Kiley Phillips is the Communications Manager at the Texas Judicial Commission on Mental Health (JCMH). Prior to joining JCMH, she worked in government affairs and public relations in Washington, D.C. Her background spans the intersection of communications and public policy, including prior work with the U.S. House of Representatives and experience in broadcast journalism. She has experience in strategic messaging, branding, digital engagement, and media relations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas Tech University.
