8th Annual Judicial Summit on Mental Health Information

We look forward to seeing you at the 2025 Judicial Summit on Mental Health in Houston from October 7–8. Here are some important links:

The 8th Annual Judicial Summit on Mental Health will be held October 7-8, 2025, at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria in Houston, Texas.

We have hit capacity for our in-person conference. You can still register for the virtual option, or register for the waitlist to attend in person.

2025 Late Change/Cancellation Policy

To improve in-person planning and attrition rates, a late change fee will go into effect for any in-person changes and/or cancellations requested after Friday, September 12, 2025.

If the following changes are requested, after September 12, a $150 late change fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Registering for in-person after September 12: $150 Fee.
  • Transferring from in-person to virtual after September 12: $150 Fee.
  • Cancelling your in-person registration after September 12: $150 Fee.
  • Non-appearance at the event without prior notice of cancellation before September 12: $150 fee will be charged after conclusion of summit.

Any refusal of payment or disputes may result in the attendee not being able to attend future Summits. Any changes and/or cancellations made prior to September 12th will be accommodated without a fee.

Registrations are transferable. If for some reason you cannot attend in person after you have already registered, at any time you may transfer your registration to a representative to attend in your place without a fee. To transfer registrations, email judicialsummitonmentalhealth@iemshows.com to request a registration substitution.

Summit Scholarships

The Judicial Commission on Mental Health has a limited number of scholarships to award for travel, lodging, and/or registration fees to the 2025 Judicial Summit on Mental Health. The scholarships are limited to Judges and Attorneys. Fill out the application and send it to jcmhsummit@txcourts.gov to be considered. 

Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis until all funds have been awarded.

Every County Counts

Registration is now open for the 2025 Judicial Summit on Mental Health. Ensure your county is counted by registering to attend either in person or virtually October 7–8. As of September 19, 2025, we have registrants who work in ALL 254 Texas counties! Thank you for helping us hit our goal.
